What the contact form collects
When you reach out through our contact form, we may collect your name, email address, and the project details you choose to share, such as your business name, website, project goals, budget, timeline, and preferred contact method.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry: to reply, scope the work, prepare a quote, and support a project once it is underway. We do not use it for anything else.
Who processes submissions
Form submissions are handled by FormSubmit, a third-party service that delivers the message to our inbox. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. No analytics tool is currently installed; if one is added later, this page will be updated to say so.
We do not sell your data
We never sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. It stays between you and Aphelion Systems.
Requesting deletion
If you would like us to delete the information you have sent, email aphelionsystems.dev@gmail.com and we will remove it from our records.
